The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes gentle stroll from the main squares, sights, Market, restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel building was clean and tidy and the rooms were spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings worked. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant and bar which served good, reasonably priced food and where breakfast was served.

Great location - walkable to all sights and buses. Ferry port too though that’s a bit longer. Staff super helpful and they even gave us a beach umbrella. Amazing buffet breakfast. And our room was very nice… didn’t realize that we had reserved a full suite / apartment (our other hotel canceled on us somewhat last minute) - turned out great as we had a mini fridge and plenty of room to spread out, a drying rack for clothes and such.

Location was great, right in the center where you could find bars and restaurants but it was very quiet at the same time. Breakfast was good too. Very clean.

Clean comfortable and very well equipped room, conveniently placed to enjoy the local aria. Staff friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast all with very little use of plastic packaging.

The Hostal is ideal for visiting Ciutadella, everywhere is within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful making sure that you have everything you need and always smiling.

The location is perfect, you are 1 street away from the city center. The staff were really friendly, we arrived earlier and they offered both a room to put our luggage or another room ready to check in. Breakfast was very good,with local food. For sure we will return.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Ciutadella! Excellent value and well equipped for the price you pay. Don't let the word "hostel" put you off as it definitely feels like a hotel; there's housekeeping each day, a fridge, safe and TV in the room, soaps and shower gel provided in your private bathroom... everything I needed for a few nights stay. Friendly staff, accommodated my late check in, and held onto my luggage after check out as I had a late flight. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Accommodation was good, we went to check in at Hostal Ciutadella and the staff sent us to a second hotel they have very closed by which was better and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is simple, not luxurious and had everything we needed. the location is really good, in the heart of Ciutadella old town.

Rooms exceptional and very comfortable We did not leave out room aftrer 6pm as we liked it so much. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Better than a hotel... i think this hostel is the way forward for my holidays. Fantastoc value for money. Are you sure tjis was not a 4/5 star hotel?
